You as the agent will always get paid. We either pay you a referral fee for helping us finding a buyer for our properties or we are also open to slit the profits 50/50. We sell the property that we choose not to keep, you bring a great discounted deal to your client who's happy to buy a deal considerably under market value and you get paid!
